Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Entry is open to all NSW residents of 18 years of age or older.
The competition closes at midnight on the specific end date and will be announced the following day via our email newsletter and contacted personally via winner's provided email.

Shopping With Forcast

Forcast reserves the right to refuse to fulfil or cancel any order; including those that it considers to be a bulk order, fraudulent, not for personal use or otherwise do not comply with these Terms. When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. Forcast reserves the right to withdraw any product from sale at any time without notice for any reason.

Forcast shall not be held liable for any stolen, lost or damaged parcels once they have been dispatched from our warehouse facilities. However, we provide reasonable efforts and work with our delivery partners to ensure a positive outcome.

We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and prepaid cards. By completing a transaction, you confirm that you are the authorised user of the payment method provided. Note, due to processing limitations imposed by financial institutions, we do not provide refunds back to prepaid cards such as VISA or Mastercard Gift Cards. If you request a refund for an eligible purchase, we will issue store credit or an alternative refund method

Gift cards

Gift cards, also known as gift vouchers, are valid for a term of 3 years from the date of purchase, and are not eligible for refunds. Gift cards purchased on the AU website are in AUD only. Forcast gift cards can only be used in Forcast stores and the Forcast website (www.forcast.com.au). It cannot be used for any Forcast stockist. Extensions on expiry will not be granted. Any unused balance remaining on a gift card upon expiry shall be forfeited and will not be refunded or credited. The expiry date of the gift card cannot be extended.

Forcast shall not be responsible to you for any damage to, unauthorised use of, loss or theft of, a gift card. Gift cards are not eligible products for any promotion or sale. Available for use on full priced and sale items. The gift card amount will be deducted from the grand total to be paid. If an order is made with a gift card online and later returned, the refund will be processed as an online store credit.

Disclaimers

The materials on Forcast’s website are provided "as is”. Forcast makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, Forcast does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its Internet website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

Limitations
